STEP 1

Initial Consultation

Every project begins with a focused discussion centered on your vision, preferred timeline, and investment goals. This conversation ensures we clearly understand your priorities and can guide you smoothly into the next phase.

STEP 2

Preliminary Estimate

With photos of your space and a brief description of your goals, we prepare a complimentary estimate that outlines scope and direction. This early insight helps you evaluate feasibility before advancing to more detailed planning.

STEP 3

Design & Planning

Once the estimate aligns with your expectations, we begin design and planning. You meet with Daniela to refine selections while Tony develops your formal quote, coordinating permits required and any specialists for an accurate, tailored plan.

STEP 4

Finalization & Scheduling

After all specifications are confirmed, we produce a finalized quote and move forward with contract and deposit. Your project is then added to the schedule as our team prepares for a seamless transition into construction and execution.
