1970’s Ranch
Great Bridge
This project reimagined a large section of a 1970s ranch, transforming two back-to-back bathrooms and the surrounding storage areas into spaces that feel solid, intentional, and completely renewed. What began as a necessary repair evolved into an opportunity to dramatically improve both function and flow.
By reworking the layouts of both bathrooms, the spaces now feel more intuitive and comfortable, with designs that better support daily routines. Thoughtful planning allowed each bathroom to feel distinct while still working cohesively within the home.
The Challenge
The back-to-back bathrooms and adjoining closets in the 1970s ranch suffered from severe hidden water damage and an inefficient layout that compromised both structural integrity and everyday usability.
Outdated configurations and damaged framing made the spaces feel disjointed and impractical, requiring a full rebuild to restore safety, improve flow, and create bathrooms that functioned better for modern living.
The Result
Character and warmth were layered into the renovation through carefully chosen finishes, including a wood ceiling treatment that adds texture and personality while elevating the overall design.
The result is a transformation that goes far beyond surface-level updates—restoring integrity, improving usability, and creating bathrooms that feel refreshed, inviting, and built to last.
